Return Policy

At Hatzio, we want you to love your purchase! If you’re not completely satisfied, we offer a simple and straightforward return process. Please review our return guidelines below.

Eligibility for Returns

  • Timeframe: You can return any item within 30 days of receiving your order.
  • Condition: Items must be unused, unworn, and in their original packaging with all tags attached.
  • Exclusions: Personalized or custom-made caps are non-returnable, unless they arrive damaged or defective.

Return Process

  1. Contact Us: Email us at info@hatzio.com with your order number, item(s) you wish to return, and the reason for the return.
  2. Approval: Once your return request is approved, you’ll receive a return authorization and instructions on how to send your item(s) back.
  3. Packaging: Pack the item securely in its original packaging (or similar packaging) to avoid damage during transit.
  4. Shipping: Ship the item to the address provided in the return authorization. Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility, unless the item was defective or incorrect.

Refunds

  • Once we receive your returned item, we will inspect it and notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
  • If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original payment method within 7-10 business days.
  • Please note: Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to a defective or incorrect item.

Exchanges

  • If you need a different size, color, or style, you may exchange your item within 30 days of receiving your order. Simply follow the return process and mention that you would like an exchange.
  • Once your return is received, we’ll process the exchange and ship your new item.

Damaged or Defective Items

  • If you receive a defective or damaged item, please contact us immediately at info@hatzio.com with photos of the damage and your order number. We will arrange a replacement or refund at no additional cost.
